Spring Phase (the "Service") provides an AI-driven platform for informational and educational purposes only. We are not a medical organization, and our staff or AI cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis.Nothing contained in this Service should be construed as such advice or diagnosis. The information and reports generated by us should not be interpreted as a substitute for physician consultation, evaluation, or treatment.

2. Assumption of Risk

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that any lifestyle changes, dietary adjustments, or holistic practices (such as the use of teas, herbs, or spices) carry inherent risks. You are encouraged to seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new regimen. You assume all risks associated with your health and any actions you take based on the Service's output.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer the AI models or scrape data from the platform. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms or uses the Service in a manner we deem harmful to the community.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPRING PHASE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
